Upgraded plan to Plus, but storage still only says 2GB

I just bought and upgraded my basic plan to the Plus plan, but my storage says I still only have 2GB. I also still do not have access to the help features even though I upgraded, so I cannot access those either to get help in what to do. How do I get my storage to upgrade to 2TB instead of 2GB?

    Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?

    Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
