    Could you let us know some additional information about the issues you've been facing so that  we can assist further? 

     

    Also, if you've already reached out to our support team, could you share your ticket's number so that we can look it up in our system as well?

      I have reached out to the support team twice. My initial ticket number, which we opened when we first discovered this issue, is 23730563. I followed up with a chat with one of the support representatives, and the ticket number for that is 23733952. Any help with this issue is much appreciated.
