Error 500 when trying to access the Dropbox website
Unable to access dropbox website or my files - keep getting this message :
Error (500)
Something went wrong. Don't worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our Status Page to see if there is a known incident, our Help Center and forums for help, or head back to home.
The issue seems to have been resolved and the website is accessible once again.

Hello i am new to Dropbox because I had signed up for a class and the instructor sent a link via my email to access the recordings, however it did work on Saturday but I didn't' have time to download the lectures when I went into it today i got an error message on the Dropbox website. What can I do to get it to upload again

Hi Hannah, it looks like this is more than a cache issue. Many have tried clearing and also tried different browsers and this does not fix the issue.

This morning, I attempted to login to the Dropbox browser home page. Currently receiving an "Error 500" message. Restarted my computer, attempted multiple browsers (Chrome / Edge), hopped on my cell network, and asked coworkers to try and login, nothing from any of those angles. Anyone else having this issue? Thank you!

Same here, files are synching but we cannot access the website. I use the webpage when I need to generate a link to really large files. HELP!!!

I've tried incognito as well but that didn't help!
