Files not appearing when using app on computer

I have been generally using dropbox.com for work, all files appear in the folders as they should be.  I downloaded the app because I heard Excel functionality is better this way.  However, all of my ...

Hey AmyatMCG - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please clarify the OS of your computer and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar/system tray?

Is it 'up to date' or still syncing perhaps?
