Folders Appearing and Filling with Empty Folders Every Few Minutes on Mac OS

Interesting that permissions on the Document directory is me R+W, Everyone Else, "No Access" Yet files are being written.
~/Library/Application support has the same permissions. This is where these type of files are written. Seems a developer didn't test this.
