    Thats not an offer I've seen mentioned anywhere before. Do you have a copy of it? Where was it?

      Since I finally received the promised 1 gig extra space, I consider this question closed to my satisfaction.

      Unfortunately I don't have the message. I don't think it was emailed to me, but rather appeared as a popup when I visited the Dropbox webpage.
