I can't see the folders I want to back up with Dropbox Backup
I can't see my computer directories just the preselected ones like "desktop" The animated logo is confusion and seems to show you can select files - I can't even see the directories. I see that this is a common problem in the forum and I saw the instructions to get the latest version of the backup.
No change!

Hey TerryMcC, hope you don’t mind if I jump in, too.
To clarify, have you already followed all of these steps to get the updated version of Dropbox Backup and you’re still unable to back up the folders located within your computer’s Home directory?
If yes, can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your end?

You cant choose what to backup - it has a set few you can do, it isn't possible to choose outside of this selection.

Where are the folders that you're trying to back up? You can select other folders within your user profile, but you can't select folders from elsewhere on the computer.
