My Linux device doesn't sync with my Android.
What's the use of an app for Linux if it doesn't sync with Android?

Yes, I know that desktop and mobile app don't communicate. My point is the desktop app syncs with my online account, but when I modify a spreadsheet on the desktop, it syncs with the cloud, however, it wasn't available to me on the mobile app.
The solution I found in the mobile app - start > menu > settings > "connect a computer"
It opens a QR code window for installation (dropbox.com/connect) of the app for desktop and synchronization, as it was already installed, I had to reinstall it. That way, I can now modify a spreadsheet on the desktop and have it available on my mobile device. Thanks for the answer.

What point are you making? None of the desktop applications, Linux, Mac or Windows, sync directly with a mobile device. They're meant to sync with your account online. The Android and iOS apps allow you to access your account online so you can access the same files from any device.
Was there some other functionality you were looking for?
