My Windows 10 desktop app is stuck on "Updating Dropbox account..." after starting a trial.

A few weeks ago, I decided to sign up for a trial of a higher plan. Unfortunately, once it started, I got logged out from my Desktop App and cannot sync any files since then. I only see the message "...

Hey @unefee! This is interesting indeed, so let’s take a look. 

 

First off, can you send a screenshot of what you see exactly when trying to sign in to the desktop app? 

 

I’d also like one more screenshot of the filepath you see when opening the Dropbox folder in your File Explorer.
