New message notifications will not go away

    I ended up removing App from iPhone and reloaded it. Bit of a faff but worked

Are you able to tap the notifications individually to mark them as read on the device?

I marked all read & only 1 was marked. They are all the same message about tax time. I can’t get the **bleep** thing to go away, why?????

 

This is a real pain, came with last update.

    You said it all. This is a major defect with the app. Maybe we should switch off alerts. It’s equivalent to a car alarm that keeps going.
