Subtitles not loading in Dropbox Replay
I can't add subtitles to a video file. It says "Failed to add subtitles. There is some error in the selected file". Format .srt, Unicode UTF-8 encoding.
Hey Fractal Tree - sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that this should be resolved now.
Can you check and let us know if you're still having issues?

The same problem here. SRT UTF-8 subtitles are not visible after I loaded the file it Replay.
Can you help?

Hi valer2021 - sorry to hear about this.
Could you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let us know if you get the same results?
If you do, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.

This is a global problem. Even in the same file, the same subtitles that were loaded before are now not loaded.

Thanks for posting this here, Fractal Tree!
Let’s check a few things first; are you having this issue with any other videos on Dropbox Replay?
Have you purchased the Replay add-on, and is this something that you’re experiencing on multiple different browsers?
If you haven't tried this already, please check a different browser, and let me know how it goes.
This will help me guide you further.
