Access deleted file if I swith to Professional account

Hello,   I have a file that has been deleted 2 months ago. I have a personal account. If I pay for a professional account, will I be able to retrieve this file?   Thanks, Antoine

    Hi arogues 

     

    No, sorry. The file recovery window is based upon the account type at date of deletion. So, as its now after 30 days there is no recovery option.
