Account was cancelled since August 2021, reactivation now wants to charge me starting from 2021

My account was canceled since August 2021, I now chose to reactivate the account, but now it wants to charge me starting from 2021. Can someone explain how to rest the billing to the day I reactivated the account?

    I can see you’ve been in touch with our support team, as well. Since they have account visibility that we don’t here on the forum, I suggest continuing with them directly. I’ve also left them an internal note with your convo here and they should get back to you as soon as possible.

    This does sound a bit strange; would you mind sending us a screenshot showing that you're required to be billed, starting 2021?

     

    Just make sure to edit out any sensitive info on the screenshot, before uploading.

      Here are the erroneous charges, my credit card got blocked, can you please have them undone.
