Billed multiple times after cancelling subscription

Hi there,
I cancelled my november subscription for this year, 2024, yet I was billed more than 4 times up till today, 05.11.2024.
Trying to login and send a support ticket was 'not an option for my current plan' was all I got from the website.
Emailing them was also not an option since I do not have an available email for their support.
I then deleted my account yesterday after the 3rd billing, only to find another billing transaction this evening today, 05 November 2024.
When I went on the website I was able to relog onto my account which I believed I had deleted after getting successly notified, the reason was to confirm the subscription was truly cancelled.

I would like to enquire has to why this is happening, how to cease this matter or whether to proceed with legal action against this company

    First, I would use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account(s) you're being charged for. If you recognize the account(s), you can sign in and verify the subscription is canceled, or cancel the subscription if it's still showing as active.


    If you're unable to sign in to the account(s) or you don't recognize the account(s), you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

      I have deleted my account and I am still being billed.
      It states in the deletion of account section that an account can only be deleted when there are no active subscriptions.
      How am I still being charged 4 times within 5 days and 2 charges were done after deleting my account...
      I want my card and bank information removed.

        Have you used the lookup tool that I linked to in my previous reply? I'm betting you have/had more than one account and you didn't delete the one that was getting charged.

         

        Refer to my reply above and you'll be able to resolve this.

    I will be proceeding with legal action regarding this matter has I do not see any reason to standby and wait for this company to 'possibly' resolve this.
    I will post updates here regarding this matter has I have seen a number of others having the same issue

    How am I being billed AFTER deleting my account? please answer this.
