Hey ANVE22, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you check if you're getting any errors when clicking on the "purchase" option?
Also, is it possible to try a different payment method, to see if that helps?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hi,
No error message pops up. The right side of the web page (plan summary) starts to load for a few second and then nothing happens. When I tried with different payment methods the red message shows up: to many attempts – try again in 24h.

Hi Anve22, Our apologies if that has to wait for 24 hours to allow you to purchase the plan again. We are hoping that it should let you purchase the plan already the next time you attempt to purchase. And to make sure that it will not generate an error message again, when you are on the check out page, you will see 2 tick boxes . The first tick box is labeled as " you are purchasing the plan for Business use" and the second tick box is for the Terms and Conditions. Kindly leave the first tick box unchecked and only tick the one under Terms and Conditions. Then you hit on "Purchase" . And hopefully that will go through already. Hope this helps . 🙂
