Feedback on the use of Dropbox by people who struggle with technology
I upgraded to Dropbox Plus several months ago but I know very little about technology so I could not take advantage of the App's features. I would have appreciated a phone call from someone who could assist me. When purchasing the upgrade, could you offer the option to be assisted on how to make the most of it? I know that many members of the Community would know exactly what to do, there are still some of us who struggle with technology.
I have now cancelled my subscription to the Upgrade but I feel that I wasted months of subscription payments for which I cannot receive a refund. I have been in and out of hospital for 18 months, so haven't been able to do anything about cancelling my subscription or writing this post before...

I wasn't sure how to access the features of the Dropbox Plus app so I gave up and cancelled my subscription after around four months. Also I've been quite ill and have spent much of that time in hospital so it hasn't really been a good time for learning new things!
