How can I contact the support team on a Family plan?

How to contact the support team?
I can not contact anyone except robots.
I am on the Dropbox Family 2 TB
I schould be able to reach out.

Have you tried navigating through the options for the topic you're having an issue with, and then choosing the last option for 'This did not solve my issue', in order to get an option to email the team?
