How can I contact the support team on a Family plan?

Hi  How to contact the support team? I can not contact anyone except robots. I am on the Dropbox Family 2 TB I schould be able to reach out.

You should be able to see your support options when signed into your account on this page. 

 

Could you attach a screenshot showing that page on your account if not seeing the options?

    Have you tried navigating through the options for the topic you're having an issue with, and then choosing the last option for 'This did not solve my issue', in order to get an option to email the team?
