How do I cancel the trial plan and make the actual payment?

        Hi Tosari, do you have the ticket ID from when you contacted the support team in order to locate it on our system?

    good luck. i was charged after i tried canceling the day after i entered the trial i didnt even wait a few days. cannot for the life of me find out how to cancel my acct!

      Can you please let us know if you upgraded through the app store on a mobile device or if it was through our website directly?

        I have spent hours with support, never could get the trial plan removed.  I need this situation fixed as soon as possible.
