I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with redeeming your HP promotion. 

If you were to swap the email addresses of your accounts, your files wouldn't be affected by this. 

That said, if you've already gone through this Help Center article, may I reach out via email to have a further look into this?

      Hi there, I am experiencing a similar problem on my HP laptop. I just clicked on the promotion for 100GB for free (for one year), created an account and logged in, and now it says I have only 2GB of space and there's no sign of the promotion any more 😬

      Would you be able to help, please?
