I cancelled my trial, but my account got downgraded immediately.
I had a free trial but was alerted to cancel my plan before the date of trial ending … I canceled under the impression i would have my account until my end date but lost it the day I canceled how could I continue my trial or reinstate it ?

Hi, I'm afraid you won't be able to re-instate your trial but did you use a credit card or PayPal for payment?
When you cancel a free trial:
- If you signed up with a credit card, your account will remain on the trial plan until the end of the trial period, after which it will change to a free Dropbox Basic plan.
- If you signed up with PayPal, your account will switch to the free Dropbox Basic plan immediately upon cancellation.
