I can't cancel my plan; a verification code is sent to my inactive email address.
I can't cancel my subscription plan because the email associated with the account no longer exists, it was an email from my university and it's now deleted so I can't sign in and I keep getting ...

I really don’t remember this. I even needed to use the transaction code on my bill to find out the account that has upgraded.
is there other way to do it?

4 days agoNo worries, baba8235! You can double check this in your bank statement (if there’s any reference to Apple/Google next to your Dropbox charges, then this is an in-app plan indeed).
