I bought new Samsung s7 edge in June 2016. I got one mail regarding for claiming 48gb free space, but I have not noticed it at that time. So, can i claim the same offer now? how?
No, you cannot. The promotion ended one year ago.

Hi
I got a new Samsung Tab4 and someone else loggod on with dropbox for the first time so he gets the 48gb free space. Can I correct this so I get the free space on my dropbox instead?

Victor, People of dropbox tells you that there isn't an opcion to get back and get your space, but I can tell you that there is an option: You can logged in at dropbox with your friend's account and you go to settings, in here you can see name and email account, and lets you change the email account, where after a verification change the name of the email. In your account would have to do the same thing.

Hi!
I recently got my Samsung S6 edge and have not redeemed this promotion before, however, I did have my dropbox account before I got the phone. I've completed the 5 Getting Started steps as well. Not sure as to why I haven gotten the free space? Also if it's because I have to set up a new account, can I just redeem it by setting up a new account?

@Victor: No, you cannot correct it. The bonus space is only applied to the first account that logs in to the device and it cannot be transferred to another account. The only option is as Cindy described, swapping accounts with your friend, but unless both accounts are brand new (no shared folders, links, other bonuses, etc.) it will be more trouble than it's worth.

So as i understand it from reading the comments. I do not qualify for the 48GB space even though I bought a new Samsung device. But if I started a new account would I of qualified then?

If your device is eligible for a promotion that is correct. You can use the review this help page to find out if your device is eligible:

Hello,
I've submitted a message previously related to issues of not being able to redeem free space on my samsung phone. I've read all the information related to troubleshooting that and I seem to qualify or have done al the steps required. Some of the steps I'm unable to verify (for examples if my device is released after Fall 2014 and only new users will be able to redeem etc). Is there a direct email or another platform which can check my account directly? The links I get only lead me back to the troubleshooting section which is frustrating. Thank you!

When I logged into Dropbox, I did not get the extra space.

The easiest way to know if your device is eligible is to see if you can uninstall Dropbox. If you can uninstall Dropbox, your device did not come preloaded with a eligible promotion.
César
The Note 4 was only for new users. If you had a Dropbox account before you would not be eligible for the promotion.

I'm afraid I am unable to help in a language other than english. However you should try the new Spanish section of the community
