I keep being charged when I have a free Basic account. I want a refund.
I have just noticed on my PayPal account that I have seemingly been paying $11.99 for years for my Dropbox account, however, I only appear to have the basic free package! Anyone know how I can actually get in touch with Dropbox to clear this up? Obviously I can’t cancel a subscription that doesn’t show in my account, but I’d like to know why it’s been downgraded to Basic and yet I’m still paying a fee - which should now be refunded. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance

It’s quite possible that you’re being charged for a separate Dropbox account that’s connected to a different email address, and not the one you see here.
After having a look into our system, I can see you’ve opened a ticket with our support team about this. I’ve gone ahead and added an internal note for you, so that one of our agents may review it as soon as possible.
