I paid the Dropbox Plus plan but my account suddenly shows as Basic
I upgraded my plan from Basic to Plus years ago and paid the Plus plan at least 2 times as far as I remember. And I enjoyed 2TB last year but recently I've found that Dropbox made me a Basic Plan user again. I paid for the Plus plan last in February, 2024. so I must be a Plus plan user now.
How can I fix it? Anyone who helps me with this problem?

Would you mind checking your billing page, to see if you can access your billing history?
If you look up your billing info for your latest payment, does the system bring up the account you're currently logged into or perhaps a different one?
