I thought I had cancelled my subscription, but I still got charged.

I'm so frustrated there is no way to talk to someone.  I cancelled my account because my employer does not permit Dropbox.  But they charged me again in July.  I followed the instructions to cancel, ...

    Mark, you were correct.  Until you sent the screenshot above, I didn't realize that is where I needed to look.  I was getting caught up in the other areas.  Thank you!
