I upgraded, yet my account hasn't recognized it

Hello everyone, I have upgraded my dropbox account to the plus subscription to have more storage space. But when I try to open and edit a folder in my dropbox,  I get an error telling me I have too little storage. (the folder is 3GB and the plus subscription gives 2000GB). I am certain the subscription is linked to my account, because when I try to upgrade to any other subscription type, it says I'm already subscribed to the plus subscription. I have also already paid for my subscription (which I can see through to my bank). Any help is appreciated!

Hey there Mart Rispens - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

Also, what is reported in your plan tab at the moment, and how did you upgrade in the first place? Was it through our website directly or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?

Let us know what you find and we'll take it from there, Mart.
