I'm assuming that you're referring to a Dropbox Sign subscription, correct?
If you've followed the steps here and couldn't see an option to cancel your Dropbox Sign subscription, you might be signed into the wrong account.
In any case, though, can we reach out to you via email, so we can look into this internally?

I am also having a problem with Dropbox Sign subscription. I was under the impression that I had signed up for the monthly subscription but was recently charged the annual fee. I am a student and there is simply no way I can afford an annual subscription. Is it possible to get a refund? Is there anyone who might be able and willing to help me? Please!

I received a charge on my bank statement. I do not really even remember signing up for anything. I tried to look up the transaction using the transaction code on my bank statement and it says it can not be found. I need to get a refund and make sure it is cancelled so this does not happen again.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've been billed for Dropbox Sign but I cannot find it in my account settings for the life of me. I can only see that I have Dropbox basic and get 3 signature requests a month, which is all I need right now and why I wanted to cancel my Dropbox Sign trial but couldn't figure out how. I submitted an online inquiry about it last week but haven't received a response.

Sadly, no. I submitted it under the form to look up a credit card purchase because I had the reference number from my credit card statement.
