OK Megan - you sent me an email but it has no information in it. It just sends me back to the community site where I made the initial inquiry. What is this all about? Why can't someone just tell me if I can get my money back? Why have a community site if there are no answers given? Why must it be cloaked behind a separate email - and then there is no info in the email? This should not be so difficult!! Help if possible.

I have a similar problem. I have not used my dropbox for some years now and am now charged. Dropbox had sent me emails that the account could not be renewed and I left it as that. Now its actually renewed. Could you please contact me at [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines].

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
