I have a similar situation. I have not used my Dropbox account in almost a year. I actually forgot I had it. Obviously - not something I need. Anyway - I just got a bill for $102 renewal. I received no notification that it was about to renew. I need to obtain a refund for this and cancel or "downgrade" to free account. Can someone help me on how to pursue this. Unfortunately - it is not clear on the website how this can be done. HELP!

This just happened to me too! Like you said, forgot I even had the account because I havent been using it and without any email warning me of the renewal it was charged! Super frusterated because i would have cancelled and I really don't want to pay another $200 for an account i do not use!
