I'm being charged, but I can't access my plan.

Hi, I'm really hoping someone can help as I am going around in circles...

I am charged £9.99 every month via PayPal. However my account is still showing as 'Basic', this has only recently come to my attention as it is now saying my Dropbox is full. I have tried clicking on many links but always end up at the same place, I just want to speak to a person who can help me! But because it hasn't registered me as paying for my plan, I can't access the support that comes with it (email etc).

PLEASE can someone advise how I can sort this out? Or give me a number or email address of a person I can contact rather than these useless bots!!

Thanks 🙂

Hi JenKnight, welcome to our Community!

As a first step, can you please clarify if you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails?

If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charges, you can also take a look here. If this doesn't help, I'd be happy to open up a ticket on my end for you.

Keep me posted for any updates!

      Hi Megan

No, it’s the same email address. I don’t have a transaction ID as I pay via PayPal. Any help would be gratefully received thank you!
