Hi i replied to the email a few times but i am not getting a response

I am trying to get a response and solve this problem but nobody is replying to the emails or my questions, and I keep getting automated emails daily that i have to take action because my dropbox stopped syncing. I dont want to lose my files. As you can see i already paid for the plus plan for a full year. Please help me solve the problem and get me acces to my files again?
