My Dropbox account won’t upgrade to Plus
I updated my Dropbox to Plus, using the free 30 day option. However, it still says that my Dropbox is full. I try to install it again and it says “you’re currently subscribed to this” then I press “OK...

Is it possible that you upgraded a different account than the one you're using? Also, what type of plan are we referring to?
After buying this subscription, did you perhaps receive a receipt confirming the purchase?
