Please stop billing me, cancel my subscription and refund me.

This is the second year in a row I have been charged over $100.00 for a service I do not want and have no idea how you got my information.  The opaqueness of your customer service and billing process borders on fraud.  I am considering filing a complaint with my state's attorney general's office regarding the predatory practices of Dropbox.  I want to SPEAK ON THE PHONE with a human regarding how to get a refund and how to cancel my subscription.

    There is no phone support. Please do not call any number you see online as its not genuine. 

     

    You need to contact Support for help via www.dropbox.com/support. The ONLY people who can cancel it are you, or them if you ask. Dropbox is a reoccurring subscription which DOES give you lots of notice before it goes out - its up to the user to cancel if they no longer need it. 

     

    If you cannot contact via the link try logging out and using an incognito window.
