Question regarding downgrade and going from Professional to Plus.

Ive bought Profesional plan paid monthly via GooglePlay. Works nicely 🙂 Just one question: IF (in any point in time) 3TB is to become too generous for me, will I be able to downgrade my plan to, say, DropBox Plus (2TB)?

  • Hey MrSuddenJoy, I'd be happy to help!

Of course you can do that.

You can either contact our Support and ask them to do this on their behalf. Or you can cancel your current Professional plan, downgrade to the Basic account and then re-upgrade to the Plus plan.

Please be aware that if your account is ever downgraded, Dropbox will not delete any of your files.

    I hope this clarifies!
