Questions about a refund from last year

I need help, I requested a refund last year but there was no confirmation that they processed it. I don't want to upgrade without that refund.

    You can see your account transaction history on your Payments page here: https://www.dropbox.com/payments

     

    Keep in mind that If you haven't received your refund in a reasonable amount of time you will need to contact your bank, and ask them some more info about this.

    I have a ticket #: 22640889. I wanted to know if you processed the full refund as promised. I still have the full transcript with Ross last year of September.

      If you scroll up or down the email chain, can you see the next email Ross sent you? From what I can see, there’s a refund confirmation next. 

       

      Did you check your bank statement in September, and you didn’t receive a refund for your previous Dropbox charges?
