Random second charge, without warning.
Hey I canceled my payment 3 days ago just after I had already paid one fee but you have taken a second charge a couple hours ago. Why should I be charged again, you gave no warning about taking anoth...

Is it possible that you have another account, and the charge is related to that?
Is this is a credit/debit card charge? If so, have you tried our self-serve look up tool, in order to locate where the charge is coming from?
If I were you, I'd give it a go. I'd be happy to send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this, if you come across any issues while using our tool.
