random unauthorized charge

 

I have a free Plan that I didn't use about 6 months ago and i just got charged by them ( Hello sign )  DROPBOX SIGN MONTHLY httpswww.HELL US
for 20$ 
can you please refund this and not charge me again in the future, thanks.
