I paid for an upgrade, but still have no space and would like to restore deleted files
First of all, thanks to all who answered my previous question - but the plot thickens and this is a bit complicated. So here goes: A) My One Drive is up and running and I would prefer to use One Dr...
- 4 years agoThe Dropbox Transfer plan has the same quota as the Basic plan, meaning you get 2 GB of quota.
The 100 GB is for using the Transfer feature on your account, which on a normal Basic plan would be 100 MB. The files could be uploaded directly into a transfer to be sent to someone.

Hey Jay, thanks for your swift reply.
It's the Dropbox Transfer plan - one would pay $8 annually for 100 GB - I just remitted $10 for the same amount of space - I misspoke, as I am wont to do when I mentioned an upgrade of my plan. What I wanted to say is that I paid for, what I believed, to be ample storage only to find out that I am out of space. It doesn't align with what I paid nor with what I expected. I believe I remitted payment on or about September 6 or 7 - right now, I'm using 11.95 MB and I'm maxed out - I would think the 100GB I paid for would have given more than enough storage space - even allowing for the 11.95 MB overage.

I see - well, I'm sorry because I totally misunderstood. I DO appreciate all of your help - but my interest and need is for storage and not for transferring/uploading files. Bottom line - if I need additional storage space, I would need to upgrade and I'm not willing to do that - I feel bad saying that because all of you have been so nice and very helpful, but it's what it is.
Once again, thank you very much for your assistance, patience and forbearance - I'm very grateful.Jonathan Yodice
