I upgraded to Dropbox Essentials, but I can't see the plan on my account, why?
I recently paid (the money is already from my account) for an Essentials subscription (19.99€), but I still don't have access to this. Still only 2GB access. Anyone know how this is coming? Can help ...

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

My boss paid true his bank acount. We did the upgrade via the Dropbox website. I have a pdf with the paidment details.

No, I don't see anything there. My boss did it on his bank account, not mine. He didn't get an email about the upgrade, but I did because we did it on my account (but as I said, with his bank account).
