Unable to see India as dropdown country for credit card payments

Hi  I have to upgrade my storage but I am not able to do so. I do not see India as dropdown country for credit card payments. Also, there is no other option for payment. I see UPI but as soon as se...

    Hi all, I just wanted to mention that this should be resolved now.

     

    Note that you might need to clear your browser's cookies or cache before you can see India as an option on the Checkout page again. 

     

    Let us know if this persists for anyone of you!

I am unable to renew or upgrade drop box from India as country option india is missing in payment page of credit card .Please resolve

    Walter Thanks it is working now. I just upgraded the plan to 3TB thank you. My work was really getting blocked due to this glitch. Thank you once again.

    Hi Anirudh, the UPI option for payments can only be used for monthly subscriptions, not annual ones. 

     

    If you wish to opt for an annual plan, then you'll need to use a different payment method.

    Please get some India-specific services and pricing. At the moment, I might migrate or Microsoft or Google Drive.
