Refunding after trial period (UK), no confirmation email received

Hi all,

I have just cancelled the yearly Essential today. Now my Dropbox plan is basic.

During the cancelling process, I was informed that I should receive a confirmation email about my cancellation and that Dropbox would refund me through my payment card.

However, after 5 hours, I have not received a confirmation email from Dropbox. My Dropbox Essential has already been cancelled.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to resolve this?

    Check things like your junk mail etc. and see if its in there. 

    However, dont panic if it isn't - if it says you are getting one you will, but, it can take 5 or so working days to re-appear in your bank due to limitations on banking systems.
