Something went wrong message when trying to pay for upgrade
I have been directed to seek your help paying for an upgrade on my account. I get the same error no matter what computer, or browser (even incognito). It allows me to enter all my payment info, ...

KSBilly, can you let me know what troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far? Have you switched browsers, checked via incognito window, tested this with a different payment method (if applicable)?

Yes. I tried with another browser and tried to resubscribe but same warning "something went wrong, please refresh or contact support" appeared and I cannot make any payment.
