"There was an error completing payment" when trying to upgrade to Plus

I am not able to buy the dropbox plus subscription, I fill out my upi details and click on purchase and get an error in a red box stating that "there was an error completing payment", how do i get the plan, it is important as i need this for my work.

    Can you try upgrading through a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if there's any difference?

      Hi Hannah , I tried incognito mode and even changed browser to safari from chrome to try this as suggested, but the issue still remains.

        In this case, I would suggest opening a support request with our support team, for a faster resolution.

         

        You can do so, by following these steps:

         

        1. Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
        2. In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
        3. Fill out the rest of the form.
        4. Click "submit".

         

        Let us know once you have your ticket number!
