Upgrading business free trial

I am about to lose my mind with Dropbox. I signed up for the business free trial, and then was out of storage so wanted to upgrade to the actual plan, went through and added payment then it...

Plan tab shows business trial plan, and i am not able to use chat support. it says my plan does not have access to use any of them?
also how am i able to upload screenshots, it just says upload photo with a link option?

That's because you're still on a trial. Once the trial ends and you're switched to a paid subscription, you'll gain access to the support options that are included with a paid Business account.
I signed up for the business free trial, and then was out of storage so wanted to upgrade to the actual plan, went through and added payment then it still does not let me upgrade my account.
You'll likely need to wait for the trial to end and convert to a paid subscription. I don't think there's a way to convert it to a paid account earlier than that, aside from, possibly, cancelling the trial and just upgrading straight to a Business account.

the insert image option literally does not have anywhere to upload a image? it just says source, description and dimensions.

I'm nervous about cancelling the trial and upgrading right away because what if it deletes my files. they are all already shared
