Will I lose my settings if I downgrade?

- I’m have a website set up where customers upload their pdf print files this gets uploaded to the Dropbox then it automatically goes to my email to process the order. The folders hold current and previous jobs. Basically if I cancel my business plan trail can I just subscribe to the personal one without loosing any settings?

Can you please send more details on how you’ve set this up? Meaning, how do these files get uploaded to Dropbox from your website? Is this something that happens automatically and if yes, are you using any third-party programs to achieve this?
And how are your files being automatically saved to your email address after that?
