Your plan and billing information are managed externally

Hi, I let my plan managed by itunes store expire (as suggested by dropbox customers support via chat) because I wanted to upgrsde to a family plan directly on dropbox website. I get the infamous ...

    How long ago did it expire? And has your plan downgraded yet? 

     

    Both need to have happened to allow it to be picked up via website
