2 step verification issue

I have two drop box accounts: one personal, one for work.  My work email address has changed (and can no longer be accessed) so I can't receive the code drop box is sending for the 2 step verification.  How can I gain access to this account?  The support documentation says I should click on "having trouble getting a code?" to use my cell phone to access the verification code but there is no such link on which to click.  There is only "resend code".   Thank you in advance for any assistance.

    There are only 2 ways to do this - get access to the email OR use the recovery codes you were given when setting up the account. Without the codes you cannot get access back I'm afraid.
