Admin has removed me from Team. How can I remove her, and gain access to the account itself?

We have recently had to terminate an employee who unfortunately started the business dropbox account under her personal email address. I do not have access to the account and she has removed my access to business files. I am the CEO of the company and the account has always been paid for on my company credit card. I need to restore my access to this account as well as remove this person from the account as they no longer work here.

    I'm assuming based on everything that you mentioned that she was the team admin of the account, right? 

     

    If  you're talking about individual accounts, instead of a Business plan, feel free to correct me. 

     

    Provided she is the admin of the account, there's not much that you can do I'm afraid. 

     

    We can help you cancel the billing linked to the Team, but when it comes to accessing or closing the account, or removing any members the admin is the one responsible for that.
