Can I restore an account that was deleted due to inactivity?

I upgraded my account (I wanted to use the free trial) and then forgot to cancel it and my team went into lockdown, then I didn't log in for a long time and my account was deleted, is it possible to ...

Usually no, as the email says when you are warned about it the data is removed once the deadline passes.
