I had decided to try a business account trial to explore the security features and decided I didn’t need them so I went to cancel the trial and it deleted my personal account!! I’ve been a paid subscriber for years and I’m just devastated. How can I reinstate my personal account? When deleting the “team” I thought I was just deleting the shared folders created, not my entire personal account!! hi folks, as my title says: My Basic plan was merged into business account, which got locked in July and I wasn't able to retrieve it before it got permanently deleted on 1st december 2024. Are there any chances, to retrieve it back? I'm willing to pay fully for it. But I wasn't able to find any way how to contact the team. I got there old data which I don't have anywhere else. Hello I experienced a really strange thing today- Dropbox disappeared from all my devices bar my iPhone where it says ‘signing out’. When I try to sign in from the web my account has gone from a plus one to a basic one with no files on (I had masses on before) . It’s like someone has wiped my account out. I opened the app this morning and was asked to create a new account. I decided to try to logon through my web browser and was able to log in only to find a trial account and no files. When I check my event history I see that this is a new account. How can I get back in to my upgraded account? It is not a shared access account, so I don't believe anyone could lock me out.
